Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high demand periods processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched you can expect delivery within the following timeframes:

All orders are shipped via priority shipping to ensure your Noctivé arrives as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your order all the way to your door. Please allow 2–3 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.

If you have not received your tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order please contact us at the email below.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum spend required. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

Customs & Duties

Noctivé ships internationally. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied by the destination country. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Noctivé has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please contact us and we will investigate immediately. In the rare case that an order is confirmed lost in transit we will offer a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Noctivé is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the details before dispatch.
